The amount of time I spent on the phone trying to get it sorted was ridiculous so left and went to another brolly.

You submit your timesheet and invoice and ask when you will get paid, the say, they will ring you back, they never do so you ring again on a daily basis they will then start coming up with 'reasons' why you will not get paid, which you can refute, they will ring you back, they then pay you for your 2nd week still having not paid 1st week, then they pay you for 1st week but use the same tax week as 2nd week so no tax free allowance, but can’t see that they have made a mistake.
One guy waited 7 weeks they then charged him 25 quid for early payment.! They do not have a clue, you never speak to the same person twice, they keep no records of the calls, it is quite difficult whilst onsite to spend the time necessary to do their job for them.

I used Paystream last year and can mirror the earlier comments...absolutely awful.
Havent heard of the other 2.
I am currently using Contractor Umbrella and so far so good. They also offer the same rewards scheme as PayStream.

A a couple of weeks ago,as it was local and I was waiting for a start date at boe, I did the same last year whilst waiting for cabinet office to sort clearance I said then never again.
They phoned and asked me to complete a survey, I suggested they wouldn't like the results, but they insisted, I also completed an online one.

Unfortunately I don't have a choice to work with the agency or not - I need to work to keep on living and this is the only offer I have.

Awful
Now I just feel depressed.....
I don't really have a lot of options and I can find next to zero information on the other two.
