Well, she ordered the seeds online from Thompson-Morgan using her credit card. The first seeds she sowed in March didn't survive the hard frost, so she re-sowed in mid-April.
She watered them regularly over the first few weeks, then forgot about them in May and they only got sporadic watering for a while. In June she started watering them again, picked the first ones in early July and used them in a very tasty Ottolenghi salad.

But to answer your question, the fresh one at the front of her fridge, she picked on the 9th of August. The softer one at the back, behind the avocados, is from 28th July.

If you are still deemed under employment (and officially on unpaid leave ie no P45 issued) then any insurances you had with the umbrella would stay in place (this is only terminated at the end of the employment), although most simply offer Public Liability Insurance and Professional Indemnity - so do check what cover you had to be sure.
