Umbrella paying into non-UK bank acccount, and a question about frequency of payments

Yes, wondered everything and tried to ignore the PSL and propose contractorumbrella, read previous posts.
Sorry, deleted PSL after (not)choosing.

Which agencies are on the PSL? Have you wondered how much kickback the agent is getting from those umbrellas? Why not pick an umbrella then tell the agent that is the one you are going to use?

Had to choose an Umbrella company and wanted to be paid on my Italian account. Asked:

would have liked to use them given the very useful advice I found from them on this forum and other sites, and the very quick and good response I got by mail (Jamie?), but my agency asked to use umbrellas in their PSL. As it's important for me to get this contract I did not go into confrontation on this, this time

flat no in real time chat. Based on the "tone" of the chat wonder wether it's really so or whether the person who answered didn't want to find out

yes, with a fee for each payment, to me the fee seems very high, definetely excessive if payments are weekly.

Ordinary googleing and ordinary site search had found nothing useful.
The google site search actually finds something that seems useful, not reading it because I have moved forward, if someone needs it the search is

Use the Google search method to look for other posts asking exactly the same. Plenty of people in your exact situation

Try opening a UK bank account, it might be far less painful and without the weekly admin costs, which will keep racking up if you're extended.

True but we don't live in a "free market". In theory also the prime minister is a client of citizens and their employee, but mine wouldn't listen ... :-)

One thing to remember; the umbrella company is your customer. You're paying them to deliver a service.

Umbrellas need to pay you as they receive the money so nope they will pay you at the same frequency as the agency pays them. And if they don't you have to worry that you won't be paid..
