SAP mobile. Runs on all PDAs/smartphones, and is perfeck for what you want.

As said above you can go for visual studio with compact framework in VB.net or C# or you could use an off the shelf form builder like http://www.syware.com/

A Google search for "ipaq developer" leads (unsurprisingly) to HP's iPaq developer site, where you will find "documentation, SDKs, forums, loaner programs, and support directly from the iPAQ engineers themselves." That's probably a good place to start.

windows mobile or CE. Can program it with Visual studio .net.

Runs depending on version sql server mobile.

all theoretical never tried it personally, keep meaning to then the beer starts getting warm.

Folks,

I have a quick question.

I need to develop (or, more to the point, have developed) an application for the iPaq (or similar) - if I were doing this on a PC, it might be possible to do it using Access Forms, due to the nature of the req'ts.
