Similarly to WTFH, I've used Outlook on Android with a business account, and never seen adverts.

    Have you seen this?
About ads in Outlook - Microsoft Support

"If you have a Microsoft 365 subscription and are still seeing ads, make sure you have added the Outlook.com email address connected to that subscription to the Outlook app you are using. You can check the status of your Microsoft 365 subscription by logging into your Microsoft account."

I have the MS Action Pack licensing so my experience is likely to be different. I don't get ads on Outlook on Android.

Try a different email app? Does it have to be MS bloatware?

The whole family has never had a problem on android or PC before. It's just this new phone it seems to do it on. The blurb says

You can avoid seeing ads across all Outlook apps and get tons of other great features by subscribing to Microsoft 365 Personal or Family. Users with a current subscription won't see ads.
So I shouldn't be seeing them either. Loads of threads about people complaining about it but no fixes.

    Ads in Outlook on Android

Got a new phone, tranferred and re-set everything up nicely but I'm now getting Ads in Outlook. I have a family subscription so I don't believe I should be getting ads. Only free users should.

Tons of people struggling with it but little not no help on what a solution is.

Anyone else experienced ads in Mobile Outlook and have managed to switch them off?
