oh yeh, it's not plaster, it's a thermoplastic sheet they heat up and then drape over yer arm and mold to shape as it cools. then it is held on with velcro straps. Neat Eh!

Diver - that's terrible!
I can't even kiss it better with all that plaster (tho' to be honest would probably faint at the sight of it... ).

Sorry to hear fella. Sounds terrible. Here's hoping for a speedy recovery.
In the mean time I would recommend a notepad file with the following that can be cut n' pasted with minimal one-handedness
