    Totally agree. IR35 will be a boost to large consultancies (Accenture, Infosys etc) who have been fishing in the same pond as the independent contractors.

    IR35 will also be a boost to offshoring.

    Our chancellors family owns a large IT consultancy that cut its teeth in the offshore market, Our chancellors family are therefore in a prime position to fills there boots with the new IR35 legislation that our chancellor will introduce.

    Who lobbied for this new legislation? No idea.

    Didn't someone once say that its time to "drain the swamp". It seems we need to work on that here.
