    This. Absolutely inside. How could it not be? But it's their problem after April. You're just liable for the months before that.

    If the client assesses it as outside for any work beyond April, then why the heck not?

    Before? I'd say it were a bit shifty. Are you able to prove you're not backfilling while they recruit?
