The Log in process for RBS. You hit the log in on the front page, put all your details in including the second page asking your password etc and THEN it tells you that you need to log in to the England and Wales site and start all over again. WTF!!! Why have a log in button on the front page that a vast majority of your customers won't be able to use.

Feckers who let you sign up for a service via a simple web form but won't let you cancel unless you do so via registered post and preferably the soul of your first born.

This happened last night! I needed the cashpoint and a woman was busy using it. Another woman was stood some way from her so I asked if she was waiting to use it. She was so I stood behind her to wait for my turn. Woman number 1 finished off and left the machine. Woman number 2 wanders over and then starts to look for her card through all the mountains of crap that she had hold of. We had both been waiting for a couple of mins before that, so why not use that standing around doing fook all time to get what you need in order to use the machine. You are waiting to use a cashpoint - you know it needs your card, so is it too much to expect for you to have it ready before you get to the machine. She literally prolonged the time it took me to get to my beer by a good 45 seconds. It's usually a woman, and they are probably the same ones who at the checkout will bag all their stuff and wait to see the final bill before looking for their card

You have to delete all the tulip it stores one by one, there is no nuke button
You can delete all from a series using the 'clear' button (bottom left IIRC), but remember to delete the series link first otherwise it'll save it all over again for you. Linky

IM systems that aren't consistent in what the return key does.
Half of them use it add a new line and the other half send the message.

Trying to click 'OK' fruitlessly on a dialogue box getting wound up about why it won't accept it, 'Cancel' not working either and then realising it's an Alt-Pr-Scn grab I'd done earlier to prove some point or other.
Yes I've just done that.....

Loo hot air hand dryers, like the ones at clientco, that sound like a giant circular saw ripping through a ten foot thick mahogany log
People who stand there drying their hands under them for anything up to half a minute or more
.. after already using a paper towel

And the handdryer in the bog here is easily in the 95dB to 100dB range. Ear defenders recommended before use.

Apparently Google's rather annoying for kids revising for their Latin GCSEs and trying to find the latin term for 'with ...' while their mum's next to them.
