Kids especially those from children's homes, disabled or ill in hospital wouldn't have been believed by their own families let alone the police.
I mean would you believe a sick child if they said they saw Jim Saville roaming the hospital at night? No you would think they were delusional due to their illness.

Then you had Harriet Harman and her husband working at an human rights organisation with PIE on the membership list. Members of government frequenting PIE approved orgies at Elm Guest house Leon Brittain named everywhere, also another FEMALE mp involved in the abuse:
JUSTICE DENIED: So who is the woman MP who abused Mr Ash and why have the police sat on videos of elite paedophiles
No wonder Saville did what he wanted.

Maybe I'm just an old cynic, but it must have seemed a wonderful opportunity for the Government at the time, to appoint someone high up in Brussels, who was committed to the EU but on a short leash and thus with no risk of going native and undermining the British Government.

Heath preferred adult young men, the kind who would be useful hauling ropes and serving drinks on his yacht, and as far as anyone knows he only ever had platonic relationships.

Just look at today's phone 'hacking' fun - people knew it was going on but no-one did anything to stop it until they were called to justice.
Fact is it is to easy in this country to make money out of having absolutely no moral standards at all.
Sad but true
