    Rents have risen by 13 per cent since 2010
    so pretty much the same as inflation then.

    I wonder who could of caused the Inflation then?

    £500 charge to tenant on top of the 10-15% they take on the rent, wow it makes Dodgy look cheap!

    thanks for the replies guys..

    Well, 500£ for an year is not a big deal, but this is in addition to the commission they take monthly. Anyways I there is this other Agent I deal with who has only a 150 + 50 per tenant fee, which to me is very reasonable..
