Well, 500£ for an year is not a big deal, but this is in addition to the commission they take monthly. Anyways I there is this other Agent I deal with who has only a 150 + 50 per tenant fee, which to me is very reasonable..
I am trying to rent a property for 1 year and found a one I like. However the property agent seem to charge an Admin fee of around 500, which basically is too much for me. I would like to know about agencies that charge less, yet sponser good properties, so that I can avoid these unnecessary costs.
Thanks
Find a house that is for sale and that you'd like to live in. Let me know, I'll buy it and you can rent it from me on a normal AST - no admin fee.
You forget we think many people who post here are thick, yet IT contractors are probably in the more intelligent 50% of the british population. So over half the population are thicker than the dumber people here.
And that's before we add on those people who have worked out that voting labour keeps them on the public sector gravy trail....
And being a money grabbing capitalist you represent everything those people hate....
Nope, he's actually paying attention to what many renters are complaining about..
Explained properly this is a vote winning Labour policy which the Conservatives can't compete against (unlike the zero hours contract policy last week which the government are implementing the bulk of over the next year),
So is Farage listening to what many people are complaining about.
