LOL. Great marketing oops that. I would love to see Head Firsts faces when you point this one out.

I think most IT contractors would identify better with the Singleton pattern.

When asked for your favourite pattern, do not say it's on Etsy

Too late - just ordered it! Probably as well, I tend to use my books as coasters, so wouldn't want to get yours covered in tea stains. It is java, but probably the most readable one around. I didn't buy the body stocking though.

Yes, the HFDP girl is notorious for that

I believe O'Reilly have been a bit more careful about choosing their stock photos since then

    started a topic Design patterns

    Design patterns

Searched amazon for .net design patterns.

An interesting array of lingerie was returned including:

High Quality Sexy Lingerie Seamless Net Shoulder Straps Super Elastic Open Crotch with Red Lips Pattern Garter Design Bodystocking Jumpsuit One Size Selebritee 20 (White)

Having eventually landed on the Head First book, I decided to broaden my search to the wider net to see if I could find it cheaper (I've got an e-version, but I like paper copies for reference books).

I discovered that the HeadFirst girl leads an interesting double life:

Who knew design patterns could be so interesting?
