    Take some time to look into the capability of plug in development. I'm using my quiet time to learn it thoroughly, and also giving a lot of thought to social networks in enterprise systems. The BPM world has kind of embraced it, but not entirely.

    The community support is good but the quality of plugins vary. That is because you need to be able to do object orientation, which sorts the men out from the boys.
