Mmm. Laser sintering. I suspect that is always going to be quite expensive because of the need for relatively powerful lasers. Those direct metal laser sintering machines are awesome though.

Not Likely its far easier to wander into a pub in East london and buy a proper gun and some live rounds. Its been like that since I was a kid. Its even easier on the continent as handguns are sold legally in places like Czech. When the EU opened to the ex russian borders the quality of illegal firearms went through the roof...

Would there be any point? Unlike the USA, where you can pick it up with your groceries at WalMart, ammunition isn't freely available in the UK. If you had access to ammunition (whether legally or illegally), you'd almost certainly have access to proper guns too, so why bother using some untested thing that'll probably just blow your own hand off?

I have a friend that has bought one of the replicator models but his success has been patchy. I will hold off for another few years judging by his efforts. It will be fantastic once they iron out the reliability issues
