Unprecedentedly for a Saturday, I'm up & about before the chap at the hardware store across the road has put his plastic bins and stepladders out on the pavement. Well, I've been to the kitchen to make coffee, which is as up & about as I need to be this early

Currently sitting on the balcony with a pot of tea, this thing I'm writing on and shooting the neighbours:

Hellooo! It's meeeeee!
Can't log on during the day any more as I'm leading a dev team or two so have to set a good example.
Researching my latest BTL on Saturday plus doing loads of ironing whilst watching the cricket on telly. Sunday I've got a memorial service for one of my relatives. This was the same relative that made me the executor of his will and promptly forgot to tell me he was misclaiming pension credits. If he's listening on Sunday I have a few choice words!

Tonight: Meeting mates in town for a beverage or two.
Sat: Walk off the hangover with the dog, mow the lawn (weather permitting), take Mrs P out for dinner.
Sun: Depends on the weather I suppose.
Thanks for asking.

marking my birdday with a meal tonight.
Tomorrow the girls start their drama week so I need to take them there and sort a couple of things out.
Then shouting at a bank and talking to the estate agent.
Sunday girls are at drama so will have lunch out at potter around.

Already been into town and had my first Eiskaffee in 30 degree sun watching the pretty young ladies. Now off to Mainz to sit on the banks of the Rhein doing similar followed by Tikka Masala kebabs on the balcony and a bottle of chilled white wine (36 today)
BBQ tomorrow with a good crowd of people (38 today)
Chilling out on Sunday and a sausage casserole (32 today)
This is my weekend:

It'll be next summer seeing as this year I was somewhat set back by permiedoom misadventures.Originally posted by BrilloPad View PostOr maybe I could join you on that Italian thingy? I don't really do time - I prefer distance.Originally posted by Mich the Tester View PostTry some time trialling on the bike instead; doesn't take as much time, needs structured but not heavily time consuming training and it can satisfy any freak's lactic acid addiction. And you get to play with some nice toys;

Maybe I could do Land's end to John O'Groats and back again? Mrs BP and baby BP will join me - as long as they go in a car and we stay in 5* hotels with spa.
