That sucks. Cashflow problem hits small business - such a common sadness.
If cashflow is an issue and you have a warchest, does that imply you had significant outgoings?

Yep business & friends can be a bad combination, subbed out to a mate and he shafted me, I just lost a customer in the back of beyond which was a relief I saw it as cheap in real terms.
Most of the big success stories in the US have been bankrupted a few times first, so you missed a bullet if you are going to be the Scottish Lord Sugar. What's 'You're Fired' in Gaelic?
