Sorry to hear the news. I sympathise with the cashflow problem, since I am direct and in a proper consultancy model, clients 1 and 2 treat me as any other supplier. Luckily I have no outgoings.

Same here, well I'm paying some developers but only because I can contract and afford to hire them and still have profit left over. Having to stump substantial money up for a plan B terrifies me!

Yep business & friends can be a bad combination, subbed out to a mate and he shafted me, I just lost a customer in the back of beyond which was a relief I saw it as cheap in real terms.
