    true but I want a mortgage on one of the few properties I would move to and its become available again.

    + it means the money plan c is currently paying me to live can now be used to get some people in to do marketing, sales and support correctly.

    Isn't 3 months about as small as a boom gets? A proper boom would be leaving contracting for plan B/C.
