Why not the super high rate job. That clearly moves you up the ladder a bit more.
Because it would mean less family time, less time in the evenings to work on plan B (I'd be too tired to with the drive as well as the reduced time), I will have to work hard again to get myself into the position where I become less dispensable.
Extension approved for another 6 months.
Interview at super high rate @ 4pm today for somebody else
Interview tomorrow which I am going to have to cancel as I can't be bothered....
I think I am going stay put as I am finding work/life balance is pretty good and I want to start taking holidays...... Money isn't everything
