Edit: Which is interesting given that Sky are still reporting that one is in custody and one is at large. How did the one in custody manage to die?

I think it will just be an unstable person who is responsible, and wouldn't be surprised if the shooting at MIT was linked as it occured just after the photo was releases so the suspect knew they were close to being caught.
