Perm Job and References
The first stink of a perm job. They need to speak to your references. People should run at that stage in anticipation of all the crap that is only to follow on a perm job
Now I have to look up some buddies and have them perform a little show.
I mean the very concept of references is unnatural. If you left the place obviously you didnt belong there.
