Hah, Mr Formant's ex-wife would actually kill me if she could get away with it. He on the other hand gets on remarkably well with 3 of my ex-partners. As opposed to his ex, mine are decent people though. Despite being a close witness to his ex's deranged behavior, I'm always amazed how people can go from loved-up to hating each other with ridiculous intensity after breaking up. Surely that's just admitting you made a super crap decision to be with that person in the first place? Hmm.

Poly relationships can work, but do require more communication and honesty. This trio don’t have the issue of sex to muddy the waters so it’s just a matter of friendship.
