    I tend to treat people in the same arena as me with more respect than other customers, they understand my issues and respect them. It's also a smaller community.

    The difference is she decided to hire the hirers there are probably only a few thousand of those and they talk to each other. Bad mouthing one of them is bound to get around.

    So 'the Talent' is your future colleagues not a pool of skill you can use & abuse because there is always another one on the pile.
