Looks quite like the farm business centre a startup I worked for was based in a few years back. I was there in the Winter, though. They had pheasants all around the place that you used to have to be careful not to run over on the way in :

There's something nice about being out in the sticks for a while. I wouldn't want to live there, I don't think, but there are lots of little business centers on old farmland that startups seem to love using, because they're cheap. They make a fun change from being stuck in the city.
