I haven't, but my daughter came back from school with a great big grin on her face a couple of weeks back and announced that a story she had written was going to be published.

Obviously I was very proud of her, and asked if I could read the story. It turns out that it was just fifty words long, and to be honest it was rubbish, but still, you've got to buy a copy don't you? Well, it's £18 for a copy of the published book which will contain hundreds of other rubbish fifty word stories by ten year olds.

Funny, I've been pondering about doing the same for a while now about dozens and dozens of exploits that some friends and I got up to from 17 to 25. Likewise, I would have to publish it as fiction though...to protect the innocent.

I'd could write a full chapter about the exploits just at Radbroke Hall on my first contract there 12 years ago...

A friend has already published several books and he's put me in touch with his publisher who's interested.
