    It's easy to sit back after you get an extension and only start looking at review time. But if you have got yourself into a bad end date cycle, you need to decided if you are ready to take time off when the contract is finished or look for a new contract that will give you an end date when there are more roles.
    I don't have to work, so I can handle down time.
