    Penalties are one of the great facets of football.

    If you don't want to risk losing on penalties, you better make sure you beat the team in the 120 mins.

    The rules are the same for both teams.

    Many years ago they tried that in a Brazilian cup match. It took three hours.

    Its the same as the golden goal, which also provided dire football but at least that was limited to 30 minutes. It put 95% emphasis in defence.
