Back after a great weekend in Somerset with the kids, Sunday was a bit too warm so didn't notice the on coming sunburn as I walked round the car boot sale, oooops!

You spend all that time cocking around with growing veg yet the thing most in need of tlc, i.e. your lawn, you completely neglect until we're half way through summer.
Might I strongly suggest you apply a liberal dressing of lawnsand this autumn and next spring followed by a rigorous scarification?
