Drogba is a striker who dives to get a goal.Originally posted by BoredBloke View PostSo when drogba dives that is cheating but a barcelona player is allowed to do it!
Barcelona is a club that works as a unit to win - they like paying footballs with skills, not having a pub brawl. That's why they are real champions despite losing and that's why Spain is the World Champ.

That's why it was a draw last night and a loss at the weekend. Come to think of it they lost last week too. Aren't you a Chavski fan?Originally posted by AtW View PostDrogba is a cheat who tries to win by getting penalty where as Barcelona is a unit that plays together and wins.

i.e. they go down a little easily.Originally posted by BoredBloke View PostNo I mean that perfectly fair challenges get pulled up when they should not.
Drogba tried that in the first leg but he didn't get much from the ref. He wasted a lot of time though.

The do but largely because of the protection given to them by the refs. If a barca player is tackeld they have a tendancy to go down like Ashley Young in a stiff breeze and posession is given baack to Barca. This has 2 effects. One is that their posession stats go through the roof and 2 is that the opposition stop tackling them, further increasing 1!Originally posted by Zoiderman View PostBarca play beautiful football, and Chelsea didn't so much park the Bus at the Camp Nou, but built a car park for buses. It was a horrible game to watch, but fascinating none the less.
Barca's problem, imo, is that they didn't have a Plan B, and Plan A always seems to work. Pep doesn't look the genius he looked a few months ago, and I am wondering if that contract extension thats been unsigned for the past few months will suddenly be withdrawn.
Sometime, you have to win ugly, like Chelsea did, and Barca appear reluctant to.
The only two things that made me smile, was JT missing the final, as he's a loathesome cock, and the fact Chelsea will be raped in the final; RM are playing well, and even if the unthnnkable happens and BM win tonight, they have enough guns to destroy a poor Chelsea side.
That will make me smile.

Go and stick your commie comments on the Rangers thread.
