Good for you. I take it they bought the story about how you were startled by a squirrel at the bathroom window that caused you to slip backwards on to your ski poles.

Had a slight mishap skiing at Christmas and required medical attention.

InsureandGo were simple to claim and paid without grumbling, quibbling or any other such nonsense.

I wasn't sure about them when I used them but they're good eggs.
