    I once worked for a client whose website went down over the weekend. I overheard people blaming it on an a problem with one of the tables. It was only later I found out that it wasn't a database table, it was the physical table that the server had been sitting on which had collapsed under its weight

    Had the site hosted at a company called PO Box Hosting some years ago, they took the server down in pretty much the same way. I wasn't with them for very long
