YOU CANNOT GET A JOB LIKE THIS WITHOUT EXPERIENCE - YOU ARE PAYING FOR A TRAINING COURSE THAT MAY OR MAY NOT ENABLE YOU TO GET A JOB IN THE FUTURE!

IT IS ILLEGAL FOR AGENTS TO ACCEPT MONEY FROM YOU TO PLACE YOU IN A CONTRACT

I received a phone call from Thomas Harrison on 15 December 2011 after replying to a job for Database Administrator**No Experience Needed**/Support/Admin/Office through Total Jobs in November 2011.

The call was to arrange an online interview on 15 December at 11 am which he confirmed by email at 11.29 on that day. He said that all the information I needed to start my new career was in the attached links and files. The link was to the Jobsite 365 website and the attachment was about database administration.

I contacted Jobsite 365 again on 23 December as I had not received all the necessary information I needed as the first payment of £79 had been made on 16 December . This appeared as Direct Junction. I then Googled Direct Junction and it appears from the Companies House website that they are active - proposal to strike off. I spoke to someone called Sam Kelly, who sent me the information I needed to start the training, along with a welcome letter, T&Cs and money back guarantee. When I mentioned that Direct Junction to be struck off, she wasn't worried.

The welcome letter said that payments would appear as Jobfinder 365. I have therefore instructed the bank to stop future payments.

I also did a search on Jobfinder 365 and it appears that the company is only a few months old and the registered address is a Regus Business Centre in Liverpool Street.

i think this is a scam, i am desperate for a job and ive been looking for over a year and applied for there advertisements, i got a call to set up a phone interview and they told me to go on there cheap looking website to look through some slides, about 15 mins into the conversation she asked for my payment details. i applied for a job advertised as £17-35k and they want me to pay them £79 a month, i googled them and couldn't find anything about them apart from on companycheck.co.uk which said JOBFINDER 365 LIMITED Established 23/09/2011 so they are not even a month old. all of this seems very fishy so i said i will ask my family first then call her back. im not falling for it it seems like a scam.ive watched the real hustle and it seems just like that sort of thing

1, they she done a over the phone interview
2, the company is less than a month old
3, she wanted my debit card details without me knowing any info on the company
4, they have 1000's of jobs advertised all round the country
5, there site and slideshow look very cheap like they have been knocked up in a few days
6, she seemed to snap at me when i said i thought it was a job

I'm not trying to change how you think, I'm trying to give you insight as someone who's going through the process at the moment. If you're going to be closed minded and not listen to both sides of things, then that's fair enough.

I suppose you can't claim something to be a scam, if you haven't experienced it for yourself.
Welcome to CUK, love. While you're up, put the kettle on, there's a good girl. Biscuits are in the cupboard above the kettle. I'd leave the chocolate hob-knobs alone, they belong to Wilmslow who licks them and puts them back in the packet.

I've been placed on their jobs board and given access to the website which various employers post vacancies.

All in all, happy with all the options given to me! I wasn't pushed towards training, it seemed like a customer service call more than anything.

I retract my original allegation: it wasn't a scam then; you're just a bunch of winkers!
