Where's the hockey stick?
There is warming, but then there has been since the last ice age ended.
What has this steady low level warming got to do with increasing CO2 levels?
And if the warming is steady and slow, how can this be since the amount of CO2 is increasing at a "hockey stick" rate, but the predicted hockey stick temperature rise never materialised.
I'm afraid AGW is all but debunked now.
It's all over bar the tax rises.

Let's wait and see.
This is what they were saying in 2002 about coral reefs:
Past Alarm. World’s Coral: 40% gone by 2010 | The SPPI Blog
,,,and what was it that Dr Viner was saying about snow?
With the oceans being cool at the moment what does that do to the outgassing of CO2:
Here's a clue.

It's the other way round though we do need more of the swashbuckling treasure burying type rather than the uzi toting nasty type.

My son (who's 19 and therefore knows everything), tells me that as the world temperatures increase, the glaciers in North America will melt, shutting down the gulf stream and making Europe a chilly place.
I'm a 'we're all f**ked so let's enjoy the skiing' kind of sceptic.

Note: Pay attention to the green line in the graph, NOT the red line. The red line will deceive you into thinking the world is warming. It's only there for purposes of illustration later. Please ignore it until then.
The cooling is detailed here .... totally backing up DP's argument

Surely the world will warm as we emerge from a little ice age. Only a fool would deny that, then it will cool again, and in between there will be a lot of 'noise'.
It has always be thus, and it always has been thus.
What is phoney, is to latch on to the current trend and claim it has some other esoteric cause. Then claim that only the elite few can understand the science and everyone else must follow like sheep. Then provide no way to falsify the theory. Thats phony.
If it looks like a cult, walks like a cult and smells like a cult
its a cult
