If it's a bot, it's a moderately good one, given that it can draw the distinction between "this morning" and "yesterday morning" and also grasps the semantic relationship of the words "aggression" and "assault".

We had the 3000 odd accounts created

Actually, looking back they did reply but were adept at deflecting the advice.
