One and a half seasons in now. It's fantastic!Originally posted by d000hg View PostI may have missed it being mentioned, but is Breaking Bad on free UK TV anywhere? And, is it the kind of thing you can catch a random episode or do you need to watch from the start?
Dropping into a random episode will probably leave you scratching your head. Watch from the start

I second Dexter, though I've only seen the 2 seasons on free TV so far. Sopranos and West Wing are on my list of things I never saw a single episode of, but want to watch.

The SopranosOriginally posted by Scrag Meister View PostHave heard of this but not seen any as yet. Will keep my eyes peeled.

Weeds, widowed wife, forced to deal weed to make ends meet. Def Comedy, some classic bits. 4+ seasons. No UK DVD after season 3!
The Wire, 5 seasons, THE DOGS B0LL0CK5, Gripped to the end. 60 odd episodes in all. Gritty cop drama based in Baltimore. Covers diff topics in each season, Drugs, Education System, The Ports, Politics, Media lots of crossover characters. Omar!!!!!!
Dexter, 4 seasons, Upto season 3 available on DVD, hopefully 4 coming at some point. CSI blood expert by day, loveable vigilante serial killer by night.
Entourage, 5 seasons, Rising star and his mates and his agent. More to come I believe.
Twin Peaks (only 1.5 seasons and a bit old but worth watching)

A walking zombie show! I love zombies me, you can never have too many zombies.
PS Proper zombies, dead and rotting, not just a population hit with some plague that makes them eat brains.

This is on Swiss TV. SF2 at 22:10 next Sunday the 30th. It will no doubt be broadcast in both English and German.Originally posted by Clippy View PostWhat channel please?
A quick search shows that the DVD is available, to buy or rent. I'll get it if I like the programme enough.Originally posted by Clippy View PostFamiliar with the show but never watched it so might give it a look if I can get hold of Season 1.
