    I'm sure it's not your worst moment either (even though I can't prove it!). However, I do believe professionalism is a 2 way thing. If the agent is saying things about you not being professional, then they are also acting unprofessional as well.

    They are showing how upset they are because they have lost out on some income. (Which I am sure you already know).
