OMG I know of a life assurance company that is bleeding money on this.

Thing is, this is their second go at it too. i.e. it's a replacement golden hammer for the replacement that was also a golden hammer...

From what you have posted - why are YOU feeling the heat on this? Somebody else F**cked up, let them take the heat!
