And no mention of their house price!

Come on BBC, this reporting just isn't up to the standard we expect!

Does a writer of fiction not always contrive incidents ? I seem to remember thinking it was a good book about 20 years ago when I read it.

Similar thing happened in a Cohen Brothers film staring Billy Bob Thornton, The man who wasn't there

This has made me giggle. What a woman eh!

Mr Smith added: "She told police, 'We have had a domestic. I have bitten his tongue off. Here it is'."

I like the fact that she was surprised to have been arrested over it, too.

The sheer logistics involved in biting part of someone's tongue off during a kiss are mind boggling.

I had managed to forget about that bloody awful book.

Yes, it was a woman giving a bloke a blowjob in a car outside her house and her husband came home in his car and coasted up the drive with the lights and engine turned off. He rammed the boyfriend's car. Also, his child standing in the back between the seats lost an eye on the gear stick.

That incident was so blatantly contrived by the author. It was one of the worst parts of that book, and that was saying something.

I'm amazed she could bite hard enough and had sharp enough teeth to actually sever it.
