Again, you have a habit of passing off rumour as fact.
..
According to the news it is fact. Why do you always assume it's rumour. I think it is you who are a bully, as you look at the smallest perceivable crack to cause an argument before looking at the facts.
Personally, I think there is a case of child abuse here because the parents must have been aware that under-age sex was ocurring. They were aiding and abetting a crime and the social services should be called in. If the wider public see that no sanctions have been taken we could see an explosion of this type of event, possibly to exploit the benefits system even further.
I have to agree. Having read the story in the Sun(cough), the lad used to stay over at his 14 year old girlfriends. His dad has 9 children already, everyone was on benefits and the mum's 'mum' said it was financially difficult.
Frankly taking them into care and having the child adopted should be action sent out, not putting them on the front page of the sun.

We need a population explosion so that those kids can pay the taxes that are going to be necessary to keep the public servants in luxury. So we had better start early. Obviously sex education was a left wing idea to get kids propogating as early as possible for the above reason.
Following that bizarre news last year that a girl of three was starting puberty you have to wonder where it will end. Maybe they will have girls giving birth to girls who are themselves giving birth, a bit like that triple drippy mouth thing in Alien.
