    On the offchance that you are anywheer near Lincoln, check out Lincolnshire Runner.

    The guys there really know their stuff and will sort you out with what you need without charging you an arm and a leg ( pun intended )

    They don't just flog shoes they know what they are talking about as well and will find a shoe that suits your feet and your running style.

    There's at least one running shop that'll do the whole scanning of feet, etc. and, possibly, supply insoles contoured to your feet and all that sort of thing. Costs loads.

    It could be true, I've been running on and off for about 14 years, currently run between 55km and 60km a week 10k in 40mins. If I ask anyone my age they recon 25-26, but Im 32 pushing on 33 . Saying that lots of running can give you facial jowls, I can see it my cheeks a bit these days.

    I twisted my ankle running on grass and the last time I went running with anyone it was so boring that I nearly wept.
