I'm not against learning in India per se, but if they have thick accents, it might be worth me sticking to the UK....).
It's no picnic by any means - they work six or seven days a week. Some guys that were there when I was were there for a bit of a doss and then wondered why they failed the exams. Add a couple of days for recovery / travelling and get your company to pay for a holiday for you!

I was in Goa in April, and there were Brits there and a guy from Belgium all doing MC... exams. They also do Cisco, Java, Oracle, Novell, plus plenty of others. I paid extra for the 5* hotel, which was well worth it.
Their website is http://www.koenig-solutions.com/ and no I'm not on commission (although I could be if you mention where you heard of them!)

I know a guy who got M$ certification this year in India. And he's a yank. There were of Her Majesty's subjects on the course as well.

I went to Koenig Solutions in India in April this year, who are good value.
Stayed in Goa for three weeks doing an Oracle course, but they cover all sorts of other topics - I think some were there on CCNA courses, and the obligatory MS ones.
They were featured in the Guardian recently, too, in case that sways you!!
