Still in Switzerland. Learning some new technologies (SAP CAP framework). 27°C today and sunny. But it's been considerably hotter than that in the last few weeks. Most uncomfortable. We have a BBQ ban due to fire risk.

HWMBO bought a Kamado Joe a few years ago. Took a while to get used to it but it has options for rotisserie, pizza stones, etc. He seems happy with it.

I’m looking to sort out an outside kitchen. Nothing too impressive, just a decent gas bbq to go with my weber and pizza oven. Any recommendations?

I use a local variant of one of these for slow cooking brisket etc then just use the built in brick affair that everyone has in their gardens for doing steaks, chicken, corn etc.

I'm yet to come across a gas bbq - it's charcoal all the way here.

I've done a few pitmaster courses & I've found my services to be in demand - I basically tip up with all the kit and do a bbq for your party.

Hard work and not great money but good fun & loads of free booze always comes my way :-).

I’ve semi retired now, im doing work with local businesses. Couldn’t face dotnet work with companies any more.

Im using ai now for everything so im into all kinds of things.
