    Due to expense and terrible service lots of trains aren't as full as they used to be.

    Plus they now have aircon and WiFi so you can sit and read.

    Just traveling from Guildford to Brighton. Bus replacement service from Redhill to Gatwick. We're all standing in various lines for various destinations from Redhill. The staff are standing 100m calling out the destinations as the buses arrive. Barely audible.

    The driver, blindly following GPS ends up in a cul-de-sac and has to back up a narrow residential road.
