    Southern and eastern England appears to be in the grip of a bizarre crime wave after 25 portable toilets were stolen from a depot in Ipswich, just three days after a near-identical incident in Oxfordshire.

    On both occasions, hooded thieves used special trolleys to load toilets worth thousands of pounds and various other items on to a box van and a flatbed truck.
    Surely they have a serial number?
