    To be fair in the first post it looks utterly stupid but once you read the article it seems to make more sense. For a start it's a burger van, not just cheese toasties. They've cleaned up an area notorious for anti-social behaviour and they are worried a burger van will just provide a reason for it to start up again, which isn't out of the realms of possibility. Funny how something can look completely different with a bit of context. Finnicky and petty maybe but it has some semblance of a point.
