Ain't reading it unless it comes with a free tin foil hat!
Ok I read it, law school style.
I've read some pish in my life and this is right up there with it.
A 'very few' number of lizard people rule the world and will take full control of all property on the planet (galaxy?). Some how, unexplained, the non lizard people, you know, us humans, will just shrug our shoulders and accept our new overlords because man made laws are laws and mankind of course can do nothing to change those man made laws. Don't believe that? Well there is a quote from some dead guy about how humans crave slavery or something.
Royal Navy to the rescue? oh no, Admiral Lizardman is in charge.
Police? Supreme Superintendent Lizardman!
James Bond? Mr Lizardman.
Personally I recommend reading Silo, or watch it on Apple TV, much more thrilling.
