Have you missed the news about various water companies? Any hosepipe ban would be due to the fact that more water leaks away due to poorly maintained infrastructure in some areas than the average person uses.

'No rain' is forecast for next Wednesday with a temperature of 22c, Can't wait for the hosepipe ban and England is boiling headlines.
