Someone near me charges their car across the pavement. They have those things utility companies have to cover their cable. I simply surprised that their cable hasn't got nicked yet.

If you own an e-jag maybe you can afford to move elsewhere. The youths will already be keying your jag and stealing bits off it anyway.
