Gas prices are coming down because storage across Europe have been filled. Prices will rise sharply as the storage winds down over winter.

The new PM Mr Hunt explicitly said, no govt support on energy bills after April next year.

That projected figure would be approx 1/4 of someone's take home pay if they on a Tory sponsored min wage job.

There might be support, it's just not guaranteed after April. More than likely it will be means-tested.
